At a Ceilidh organised by our local Fair Traders - a very active bunch who turned Stirling into one of Scotland's Fair trade cities, I met a friend of mine, Rachel Nunn. I haven't seen so much of her lately as she got in at the very start of the going carbon neutral movement, to the point where if you know what it is at all, it is largely thanks to Rachel.
